Margaret West, MS, RD, LD
Chief Executive Officer
Margaret West has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Magnolia Hospital since 2009. Prior to taking the CEO position, she held the position of Chief Ancillary Officer. She has oversight in the management of the hospital's ancillary departments, as well as Home Health, Physician Recruitment, Marketing, Medical Staff Services, and the Auxiliary. Margaret is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian and in addition to serving as CEO, she has provided direct management to the Nutrition Service Department and the provision of Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients and outpatients since 1986.
Margaret received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arkansas, completed a Dietetic Internship at UAMS, and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Louisiana Tech University.
She is a member of the American and Arkansas Dietetic Association, South Arkansas Women's Network, Columbia County Health Coalition, and Rotary International. She is married to Dee West. They have three children and eight grandchildren.

Joycelyn Watkins, RN, CCRN
Chief Nursing Officer
Joycelyn Watkins has been the Chief Nursing Officer at Magnolia for three years. With 28 years of nursing experience, Joycelyn graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 1980 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Nursing at SAU. Joycelyn has been credentialed as a Critical Care Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor. Joycelyn is community minded and conducts presentations and workshops on health care issues at various venues. She is a member of the Arkansas Organization for Nurse Executives, United Magnolia Alumni Association, and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She is married to Tyree Watkins. They have one daughter, Shannin, who is a scientist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Darrell Chatelain
Chief Plant Officer
Darrell Chatelain was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Kentucky University. He has 27 years experience in specialty chemical manufacturing with an emphasis in maintenance and project management. He has seven years experience in hospital plant operations management.
Darrell is the current President of the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Magnolia Blossom Festival board. He and his wife, Debbie, have six grown children and seven grandchildren.
