Visiting hours are 9:00am-9:00pm in all patient areas, but are flexible to meet the needs of family and friends. Please check at the nurses' station before proceeding to a patient room. This ensures that the patient is prepared for visitors. Children are welcome in most areas, but must be supervisied at all times.

Lunch: 11:30am-1:00pm
Dinner: 5:00pm-6:00pm
The cafeteria is located on the ground floor. Visitors are welcome to purchase meals made by our dietary staff. Vending machines are also available throughout the medical center.
Smoking is not permitted on hospital property in Arkansas.
Volunteers contribute many hours of service and financial assistance to the hospital. They supplement the services of the medical center staff in many ways and can be identified by their pink jackets or maroon vests.
Letters that arrive for patients wlil be delivered each weekday morning by a volunteer. Newspapers can be purchased by the main entrance.
Interpreters are available upon request.
Free parking is avaialble for patients and visitors 24 hours a day. A drop off is available at the front entrance just off Jackson Street. Parking is available on the south side of the building. Please be sure to lock your car.
The Gift Shop, staffed by volunteers, is open from 9:00am-3:30pm daily. The shop has an assortment of items for sale.
